  1. Get enough sleep. Sleep is vital for metabolism, tissue regeneration, brain integration, memory cataloguing,

  2. Limit processed food - After 50 years of processed food as a major nutrition source, life expectancy of Americans has now decreased.

  3. Work - keep busy, off the couch, improves mobility and fosters creativity and mental acuity.

  4. Value relationships- they are the icing on the cake of your life!

  5. Keep moving - those who sit the least, live the longest

  6. Remain curious-life long learners are the happiest and the healthiest.

  7. ENGAGE!! - with your peers, friends and family, but that’s not all! Engage with your world - clubs, church, local government, volunteer charities (It is in the giving that we receive!)
